88 Trans Am GTA UQ7 Speaker Upgrade

Ebay strikes again!
I have a high spec GTA and I got some factory UQ7 amp's, I think some sort of loom, and the UQ7 speaker boxes with the speakers and sub woofers and the gain switch for the dash. All Factory Delco/ GM parts.
My car already has the fully digital stereo with equalizer and steering wheel controls.
Obviously I will plan on replacing the speakers and sub woofers, but don't plan on going to the expense of that if I don't think I can wire it in and get it all working.

Will this be an easy upgrade, or will it turnout to be a complete nightmare?

FYI, I also got the Bose kick panels from a Camaro in the right color to match the Beachwood interior of my Trans Am, but not sure how to fit them, or even if they can be wired into the stock system

Any help will be greatly appreciated
Thank you in advance, from Greg in the UK
