Anyone ever used Flex Seal inside the doors?

I'm just looking for some sound and sheet metal damping since I'm putting 6-1/2's in the door. I have the adhesive foil stuff but looks like a pain to get up towards the front of the door. Thinking if I hit it with several coats might deaden it up in there a bit.

Opinions?

#1 , before cutting any holes in your doors , make damned sure the speaker's magnets aren't going to stick so far into the doors as to impede the operation of the window , yes I have seen more than one third gen with "mad killer speakers" in the door that the windows won't go more than halfway down .

#2 , If you use any kind of spray coating in the doors , make sure to not block the door's built in drain holes , lest the water buildup make a few "drain holes" of it's own (rust/rot) .......

I would not Flexseal in a door because of potential to trap water. It is difficult enough to get into some of the door areas as is, for cleaning, repairs, surface protection. I'd be concerned about having to remove material later for these reasons.

Thanks all. Sprayed it today. Super easy Just cleaned it and sprayed. Door cabinet is much deader. I will ensure drain holes didn't clog. The stuff goes on like spray paint so I think most holes will be OK. Covered most of the inside of one door with little less than one can. Adhesive going on the inside door surface. Dry-fitted the speakers with the window down so shouldn't be intereference. Polks I got are shallow anyway.
