I suppose if you take ALL wiring, amps, subs, speakers, head unit, and all related components, it might function. Would be a TON of work though, and no guarantees.
Better off going OEM or aftermarket. If you really just like the head unit, you can get an adapter plug that converts your early harness to a late model that would fit the Monsoon head unit, but you'll still have to splice your rear speaker wires into the front speaker wires if you want them to work.
