Looking for Bose rear speaker hardware

I am redoing my rear cargo cover with bose option. I need to find some hardware to replace a few screws and washers that were stripped out and damaged. These are located under the carpet of the cover and hold the speaker housings to the cover.

The screw is approximately 1 inch/25mm in length and 1/8 in diameter. The washer has an 3/4 OD but ID is tapered to accommodate the countersunk screw. I need 4 of each but it would be great if i could find enough a complete set of 18.

I looked online briefly and in the auveco catalog but I wasnt sure what this type of thread is called. They are the typical interior screw that looks sort of like an tapping thread.
Any ideas where i might look to find these or if anyone has some they want to sell.
Thanks
