rear bose speaker REMOVAL! ! !

i had a few checks laying around the house, so i went out and i bought i system for about 700 dollars, it all got shipped to my house today. I am so excited to get it all in and running. I have the delco bose system, that came stock on the 25th anniversary addition Z28's, and i went to remove the speakers out in the back that cover that lil ole' trunk, AND I WAS BAFFLED!!! i need help on how to get this OUT! ! ! please HELP! ! thank you

u talking bout this man? if so ur in luck...i just took mine out...when u lift it up there r 2 cap cover things that need to be pryed off with a flathead screwdriver.....under there are a total of 4 bolts that need to come off.....then the unit is loose.....i took off the spare tire panel and found the wires running to it....cut open the plastic sleeve...cut the wires and electical taped them up.....and no more speaker thingy
