L. FRONT SPEAKER WIRE HELP?

UPDATE SCRATCH THIS DELETE THIS I GOT IT WORKING I DON'T KNOW WTF HAPPEN AND U READ THE MULTIMETER WRONG! UTS 0.56v NOT 5.6v lolololol

The stock radio on my 91 firebird would smoke when power was turned on, so now I am installing a new aftermarket and i cannot find one of the speaker wires to the LEFT FRONT speaker.

And one of the wires that looks like goes to that speaker, has 5.6 volts on it! NO change in voltage with dimmer or anything. I've already located those grey and brown wires for the dimmer and tapped them off. Why am I and where in the heck is this 5.6v coming from on this front speaker wire??

I'm guessing this may be the reason the stock Delco would let the magic smoke out whenever it was turned on.

Previuos owner did have an alarm and a car phone installed because i found the left over remains of those devices (cell phone antenna..cellular amplifier..etc)

I am currently still trying to diagnose a hesitation cutting out or bucking if i let my engine temp get to 200• + and I have a thread on this here:
