has anyone seen a door panel on a third gen full of speakers, looking into doing a fiberglass enclosure but interested to see how others turned out if they did it.

 

Dont those poor door hinges suffer enough under normal load?

 

It's not very hard to make fiberglass door panels. All you need are the supplies, a few good videos and a lot of time and patience. I learned how to make door panels around 1990 or so. The best video for beginners is one called "Miracle door panels". From the MECP. If you can find this video, or one like it, you should be set. I am probably going to build my own for my '89 GTA.
