Not to argue over which is better. But anything is better then nothing right! I want to do this when i do car spring cleaning in May and take the carpet out to do my checks. What was the stuff that was mentioned at Home Depot. Maybe id use actual Dynamat around the speakers but i can't afford a whole cars worth of it. Thats why id use the cheap stuff for rest of the car, I mean something has to be better then nothing right?

 

the stuff from home depot is called "peel and seal". its the exact same thing as dynamat and can be found in the roofing department. they're little rolls, so you gotta kinda look for them. exact same thing as dynamat but much cheaper. i got 2 rolls (12.5 sq ft each) for $25. very good deal and did a good job
