ain't this a ***** Please help me before i kill this system

ok here is the setup
Head unit Kenwood krc-508s (2 sets 1.8v pre outs)
front: audio bahn 4x6 separates
back: pioneer 6x9
subs: RF punch xlc's
amp1: Pyramid 4 channel 300watt older series(purple)
amp2: Pyramid 2 cahnnel 200watt older series (blue)

I know they are some crappy amps but....

no matter how i wire the subs
which set of pre outs i use
or how manny subs i run
i get a very constant clicking/poping noise (especially when the music is down when i have it crank up its barely there)
at first i thought it was the crappy 200
then my buddy gave me a 300 i figured it woul disappear. but i wired it up and low and behold its back S.O.B. i'm pulling every thing so that i can check today any suggestions.

Are you powering the 6x9 and 4x6's off one of the amps? How does the system sound without the subs hooked to an amp? I wonder if you fried a speaker, and it's shorting internally. I'd say pull all the speakers but one, and keep adding speakers back in until you hear the popping.
