amp and subs question...

Ok, I've got 2 JBL 12" subs 120 RMS 480 Peak and I'm wondering about an amp for them. If you bridge let's say a 320w amp, how much power is going to each sub? Would it be 320 to both of them at the same time?

Thats impossible to answer...it depends what amp you are refering to...if you are talking about a sony amp that has 760 watts on the front of it and you bridge it it will do 150x2 bridged and wouldnt hit 760 watts if your car got hit by lightning in the pouring rain.....if your talking about a amp that acually puts out what its rates it at, the total power output will be divided to each speaker....(i.e. a 500 watt amp will put 250 to each speaker)
