kappa perfect popping????

i have 2 10" kappa perfects in my hatch, being pushed by the kappa 202a amp,200x2,well i used to have it bridged 600x1 and took 1 out into both subs, didnt have ne prob's. and then i did this the other day,and played fine for a few days, then was messin around with the settings on the amp with the radio turned down, and i noticed my passenger side subs pops really bad at certain musical peaks, like a really hard hit,or very long rumble,it just pops pops pops, ne one have a clue as to why?? thanks? and what should i do,they r only a few months old.

if they are bridged only using one channel, and only 1 sub is poping it has to be the sub...or something after the amp...???

are you sure they are popping and not clipping? I have 2 12" perfects and on certain songs they make a sound like they are clipping.
