85 Camaro Interior panels.
The plastic trim panels all have those "screw" type fasteners that hold the pieces together and "screw" into those little clips behind them, holding them to metal. Of course they are plastic, as well, and break immediately if you try to remove them. The clips fall in to no mans land too, and then we are left wondering what did we really want to change our flat tire for anyway!!!
Where can I find the screw things, and the clips they screw into? There are also those real screws that hold the panel over the passenger area on the roof. That is another thing. Those can be found through out the interior, but where to replace them when they decide to hide from you and there are no more to be seen. Can these two ar three items still be found??? If so, please help. Thanks.

Take a look on ebay for miscellaneous interior parts. Just go to ebay, and type Camaro Interior. Maybe somebody selling interior parts will put their screws on there. I have seen quite a few. And I have the same problem with my screws, they just fall into the flat tire area and I have to dig all the tire crap out to get to the little clip. If they fall into that little area behind the tire, sorry but u won't be seeing them anytime soon unless u got really small hands. Hope I could be of some assistance, good luck, if you don't see them on ebay, try going to a parts site, like the ones advertised at the top of this site. Good luck, once again.

Go to your local NAPA store. They have a book with the actual clip in it, to make sure you get the right ones. They probably won't have them in stock, but they can order them. I just had to buy a few myself. Motormite also makes them.
