how much sound deadener to line trunk?

how much sound deadener to line trunk?
how much square feet does it take you guys? or do you even use/reccomend it? is 20 sq ft enough?

is it for a coupe or convertible? i put a good bit in my coupe, the trunk being bigger, but just bought 20 square ft of the dymamat trunk kit for my convertible which is a smaller trunk and should be plenty for that.
