Help Bridging

I know this sounds stupid but how do you brigde an amp? I have a 4 channel amp and I want to bridge it to get the full watts going to my one sub. Thanks

That's going to depend entirely on the amp. First off is the amp bridgeable?

If it is, there is usually one of two ways that it is done.

L+ and R- are the most common terminals used to bridge amps and some may or may not have a bridge switch that you have to flip.

What exact brand/model is the amp? Then maybe we can tell you for sure.
