Ford theft lock code?

Hey guys, here's the scenario:

My girlfriend brought her car over here to have me install a pair of 6x8's and an amp and sub with the factory head unit. Cool, I take it out and wire up the REM wire to the Green/white power wire.. I get the speakers in, i get the amp and sub in, I ran the wires to the amp and sub.... I ran the RCA's from the line out converter to the amp.. Put the factory headunit back in, put all the trim pieces back on.... Turn key back, no go.. Pull all trim pieces back off... Inspect my wiring job on the rem wire... Looks fine, i see no problem.. Put the trim and head unit back on... Key turned again, still no go... AWW CRAP.. I forgot about the ford theftlock code...

She bought the car with 30xxx miles, It does not have the owners manual. I'm going up to the dealership either tommorow or the next day, but I was just wondering if any of you guys know a way around the ford theftlock or maybe one that works with most decks out of a 99 Mustang...
Anyone know anything about this?
