Ok so im setting up a rear vid/DVD/PS2 system in my car. but for sound to play on your cars speakers (for DVD/PS2) you need a FM modulator, however i think i can use the AUX function on my Panasonic to convert the signal, does anybody know what the hek im talking about ???

 

Not a clue.

If your Panasonic has an aux input, you can just feed the RCA output from the DVD/PS2/Whatever into it. The FM modulator is designed to be used with radios that don't have any sort of aux input.

all a fm modulator does is let you tune your radio to a non existant station like 88.1 or something, and then a modulator goes between your antennae and radio. Examples is like a add on cd changer. Just run RCA jacks into your aux input and youll be fine.
