Anyone using the Mallory 3 port fuel regulator?

Anyone using the Mallory 3 port fuel regulator?
I am having trouble setting mine because it is constantly pulsing. The guage will show an inacurate reading everytime. If I hold the fuel line in my hand I can feel it pulsing. Anyone else had this problem too? What do I need to check?
