rod/hanger choices

could someone please explain to me what the letters on the hanger mean, and the combination of letters on the rods are.

I have this== hangers=>H,I,K,O,M,B,N

rods=>CT,DR,DP,CP,CH

I have searched and mostly found what combination to run rather than what /how they work
my combination is in my signature, and i dont know what to run.if you can help please do.
from what i have see the good set up is the B hanger with the DR rods

IMHO, if I had your combo, I'd either run the DR rods and B hanger or go with the L69 carb kit from GM ( L69 kit has new larger primary rods and jets and different secondary rods and hangers. If you want I can get more specs and a GM part number)

To really understand what the code letters mean on the rods and hangers, get Doug Roe's book "Rochester Carburators" it's about 20 - 25 bucks at any decent book store.

That book in my opinion is the

:hail: :hail: :hail: most informative book on Rochester carbs that I have ever read.

Anyway, if you want the P/N or specs, let me know.
