I'm not sure how widespread that carb is, but your local parts store should sell rebuild kits for about $25 (gaskets, bolts and springs). I do believe they come with instructions. It's probably the cheapest route to get the apropriate parts. I would also buy a set of float(s) while I was at it, which don't come in most if any kits. You want to soak the metal parts in carb cleaner overnight first (comes in gallons for about $15). Just don't get the cleaner on the rubber pieces or near any painted surfaces.
All the tools you should need are a set of screwdrivers... Make note on exactly how it came apart and don't lose any small pieces. As always, I don't garantee my advice to be 100%, but I know what I said won't do any damage...
Any one else? I'm about to do a rebuild myself...

I don't know of anything on the net, but you could try finding the Haynes Rochester Carburetor Manual at your local parts store.
