EGR blockoff plate
Anyone know where I can get a plate to eliminate the EGR valve on a stock manifold?
I don't think anyone makes one...might even be illegal, sorta like selling gutted cats. I'm not sure.
What I *might* do if it were my car is take off the EGR, weld the passages closed, and bolt it back on looking visually untouched...not that I've ever done that or anything

I took a beer can and cut out a piece about the right size and just slid it under the EGR valve like a gasket... Still looks functional (at least what is left of it after I modified it to fit with tall valve covers).

Americans... so much misdirected creativity.
Welcome to Canada, the whole point is to get RID of the valve, not make it look like its still functional.

Then just cut the bell of the top of the valve, and the neck off the bottom, and either weld the passages closed or use Rays aluminum can gasket idea; use the iron base of the valve for a blockoff plate.
or..get a chunk of flat steel and cut out your own blockoff plate.

The ZZ4 manifold comes with a block-off plate. You may be able to chase down the p/n and get it from a dealer. Check the service parts list on the GM Performance Parts crate engine site.
I happen to have one in the bucket of bolts under my workbench. Not quite sure I want to part with it yet.
With a piece of 1/4" plate stock, a cut-off wheel, die-grinder and drill, you could make your own using a gasket as a template.
