which carb to choose?

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.25:1
which carb to choose?
for my 305 with parts in sig.
a friend is willing to give me a box of old carbs to choose from.
there is a quadrajet in pieces and several pieces from holleys.
complete there is a motocraft and rochester 2-barrels, and a carter 600 4-barrel, and a holley 600 4-barrel, and holley 750 doublepumper.

1986 Iroc 305 small block chevy: ported heads, 1 3/4 slp headers, rpm intake, 1.6 roller rockers. looking for carb and cam.

I would pick the Holley 600, then maybe the Carter 600.
