Need a carb recommendation....

I am buying the Fastburn crate motor (350 ci) and putting in the LT4 HOT cam (430 HP, 430 lb ft. of torque). What carburetor should I throw on it? I'm new on the carb scene, but I was thinking a 750 cfm. What brand do you guys particularly like? I'm looking for one with a lot of custom settings (unless they're all the same I really don't know). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am partial to Demon.I like my Speed Demon 750 DP,easy to tune and holds it,unlike the Holleys I have had in the past.

A 750 Holley double pumper would be my choice if it was up to me Holleys are real easy to learn and tune.

If I had to do it over again, I would get the Demon, no doubt about it.

The Demon tunes like a Holley, but is less likely to need it out of the box. Higher quality castings & finish, each unit flow tested wet before boxing, more power vs. same size/type Holley - all good reasons to spend the few extra bucks.

FWIW, the Demons are flow-rated "wet", so their numbers are conservative (i.e., a wet-rated 750 will flow more and make more power than the typically dry-rated other brands). Also see Jester's post below about picking a carb size.
