I just installed the 1400 edelbrock and aluminum intake,dist,etc. When i hooked up the fuel press. gauge to one of the outlet ports on the regulator, i cant seem to adjust under 6 psi. It says to run a larger return line to the tank if this happens. Will it hurt to just leave it alone seeing that the edelbrock calls out for 6.5 psi. as the max press and the car runs great? :

 

Just try it and see. Sorry if that sounds obvious but what else can you do?
