My primary metering block on this used holley I rebuilt is total garbage.....where can I buy a new one??
I'm not 1000% sure, but I do believe that Holley sells them as replacment parts. Should be available through any Holley dealer. Any reasonably well stocked speed or carb rebuild shop ahould have extra laying around too.

Rob one out of a 600cfm #1850.
get a numbered drill bit set and find the size that just fits in the
power valve channel restriction on the 750 metering block.
Drill the 600 metering block power valve channel restriction to be the same. switch jets ,,There ya go.
