Transmission: TH350 W/Shift Kit
Axle/Gears: 3:08
bad carb in need of some adjustment....cant afford new one
hey guys and gals(if there are any gals on here)
i have an 83 camaro with a bored out 305(stats in sig)
the carb is a quadrajet
the secondary butterflies are off.....(they were sticking.... i dont have them to put back on......it was as stupid mistake a long time ago....)
the air fuel screws on the front of the carb.........what should the be set at.....should i tighten them all the way and then back out a lil or what.....
any suggestions to make it run as wwell as possible would help

First, put your carb back together. Then, to adjust idle mixture start at, lets say, 3 turns out. Then adjust both side equally until you get the leanest mixture possible, that doesn't affect idle speed.
