Whats the difference between the two types of carbs, and does it matter? Enlighten me someone, I need to know. Appreciate it. Thanks.

manual choke = you pull the ****, it chokes; you push the ****, the choke goes off
electric choke = it chokes when cold, it warms up and un-chokes when electricity is supplied

alright well then how do i adjust it?? i made it so that the choke idles the car at 1200 rpm when between the 2 notches and made it so that the choke butterfly is the dorrect space open and stuff liek ti said in the directions, so do i just turn the black cap to adjust it?? also it said to warm the car up then turn it till it starts to close the choke then back off one notch, but when mines warmed up no matter how much u turn the cap nuthin happens.

I usually set them when the engine is cold and the air around it is about 75°, such that under those conditions the spring is just barely beginning to close the blades. Then I set the fast idle speed so that on the lowest step of the fast idle cam it speeds up the idle about 200 RPM with the engine fully warmed up.
