i was walkin around an automotive store and i came across the edelbrock air cleaner. i was just wonderin does it fit all carbs or do u need a certain size? if i do need a certain size does anyone know what size it is? (i have an 87 transam 305 carbed)

Air cleaners 1207 and 1221 will fit your carb just fine, most 4-barrels have a standard 5-1/8" air horn. Edelbrock recommends using a 3/4" air cleaner spacer with the 1207 though, while 1221 has a slightly taller base and doesn't need one. What kind of hood do you have?
