i have an 84 z28 with a 283 in it. it has 041 heads, an intake off an 87 305 with the q-jet carb on it, and a cam with .427 .454 lift. right now it has the 305 exhaust manifolds on it(i have headers, i just need to get a y-pipe made). most of the computer stuff is hooked up except for the smog pump stuff. my problem is with the carb, the mixture controle selenoid isn't working. is there any likely problems with the computer that would cause it to not work before i buy a new one? the only thing that isn't hooked up is the detonation sensor and i think it has a bad O2 sensor. thx.
