ok when i start my car and go out and drive it it will drive fine. then when i stop it and turn it off i then try to start it up again and it wont start??? i give it three minutes and it starts right up? there is a part that my mechanic is going to fix called the choke stat?? is that the problem??

 

when it won't start, does it kick at all? if so, teh choke could be shutting between drives, and that would cause it.
