holley manual choke
holley manual choke
My holley 750vs carb will not run with the choke closed. The first day I put it on it did now it stalls it out. It must have dirt in it somewhere but I cant find anything and its cold out. What could it be?? Thanks

How to work a manual choke:
1) Depress throttle slightly, pull choke fully closed. Let off throttle.
2) Start engine.
3) Open choke slightly after engine starts. Continue opening slightly as engine warms up until fully open when engine is fully warmed.
Are you following this procedure? If not, you're probably over-choking the engine.
My apologies if you already knew that, but you didn't give us much info to go on.
