how much carb??????

I am putting a 350 together and not sure how much carb is enough. Here it is.....350 bored .040 over,Flat top sealed power pistons, block was decked .020, comp extreme 274h cam, roller tip rockers, holley street dominator intake,041 casting heads w/2.02 1.60 valves. behind this is a 700r4 tranny with shift kit, slp 2400 stall converter and aubern 3.73 limited slip. Now my question is....I have a 600 edelbrock and a 750 edelbrock.....is the 600 enough or is the 750 too much???( An No I do not have any interest in buying a holley carb.)
Any horsepower and torque guesses would be appreciated also.....

go with the 750. You can always jet it down. I think the 600 will choke it down, or at least hold you back.

750 double pumper will be your best bet (yes a holley! the best performance carb. in my opinion)

depends some on how much the heads have been ported and how well they flow...
With very good flowing heads and a bigger stall I'd say the 750 would definately make more power.
It's kind of borderline right now which one to pick. The 750 will be more sensitive to tuning on the primary side than the 600 on that size engine.
Makes sense to try both to see which works best. Once you pick one, will one of them be for sale?

I will have both carbs to try. I was just out for some other opinions...... The 750 is a friend of mines and if it works better he wants to trade even up for my 600. so sorry not for sale. But i do plan on trying the 750 first, i agree the 600 would probably choke it down, but we will see. anybody have any guess on hp. and tq on this set up???? 1/4 times?????
