Holley 600VS primary throttle angle?

Holley 600VS primary throttle angle?
Does anyone know what angle the primary throttle plates travel from idle to WOT on a 600 vac sec Holley [R1850 or 4160]? I always thought that the Holley was 60 degrees and the Rochester Qjet is 78 degrees. Is this true or am I mental?
