holley or edelbock

im am looking for a good 750-770 cfm carb. I want it to be easy to adjust and work well with my low to midrange power range(350 w/edelbrock air gap). IT has to be able to support 400+ hp. Which one will do the job?
The normal Holley 750cfm w/manual choke? The Holley 770 Street Avenger with vacuum opr. secondaries? Or the Edelbrock 750 cfm w/electric choke?

ok thanks for the reply and I hope it runs well.
I made my mind up and ill run the edelbrock 750 cfm carb(electric choke, carb isnt oem replacement) with the performer air gap manifold(not rpm air gap).
i think i might however need an adapter plate to run the carb on the manifold because i heard around that the ports are diff. or something like that.
