Holley throttle plate teflon strips?

Holley throttle plate teflon strips?
Does anyone know where I can find the teflon stips that go on the throttle shafts (inside the throttle plate)? I pulled the secondary shaft and they were fine so I put them back in, but when I pulled the primary shaft they were turned to powder. I looked on Holley's site but didn't see anything. This is for a 4071 carb (650cfm v.s. 4160 style carb).

If I can't get this will it be alright to just put the shaft in there and oil it up good? Would some teflon tape work? Just throwing out ideas...
