i need help hooking up my new holley
i have a few questions.
1. there is a little vac. line that went to the back of the old Q jet. what does this do and were do i hook it up.
2. there are 3 lines that hook up to the fuel pump. one is the main line that carries the gas to the pump and the from the pump to the carb. what is the other one for. ( i bought a new holley pump and it only has the in and out holes. i need to know what to do with the third hose)
3. what should i do with the little thing that sticks out of the front of the driver side valve cover(i think its the pcv valve).
any help would be great. thanks alot.

Well the VAC line on the back of the q-jet is for the power brake system. It needs to be hooked up. I just used on of the many ports on the manifold, there should be one right behind where the old one hooked up but on the manifold, is not buy a T fitting and tap into another manifold vacuum source.
The PCV line needs to be installed should be a place for it on the RR of the holley on the baseplate.
The fuel pump is kinda ify. I use a 3 port pump (stock type replacment) on my bird. The 3rd small line is a return line. Do you need it? No, plug it if you want to use the Holley pump. I dident use it on the camaro, my truck doesent have one neither does my malibu.
