holley question. need answer asap
i have a double pumper and i was wondering if they come with fuel filters already in it or will i need to get filters. thanks alot

You must have an exterior filter. There is not one built in. Put the filter before the fuel pump so no crud gets in it, unless you have an intake which in that case you shouldnt be using enyway because it produces too much pressure for a carb.

There should be what Holley calls "inlet screens" behind the fuel bowl inlet nuts. A very good idea to have them, and Holley won't respect you if you don't.
These "inlet screens" are sintered brass things. See https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...hreadid=189287 . The screen has a gasket on the inlet side and is loaded against the nut by a spring.
