Linkages arn't working... help needed... thx

ok, as i'm sure i've announced to you all about a million times by now that i have made the switch tbi to carb... and i just can't seem to get my linkages down right.... i was told to order part# 8030 from edelbrock.... its a braket with the attachments for all three linkages... will that braket work... is that what i need to get this crap right ??

second of all how the heck does my cruise control attach to the edel carb... ?? i did go and buy that braket from edelbrok part # 1448 i believe... *not for sure on number* its the GM cruise control bolt up but there are no damn instructions on it and i'll tell you that there are alotta nuts and bolts and washers to that deally along with the plate... so i could use a few words of wisdom there...

also along with that stuff does anyone whos made the switch and has the same carb as me happen to have a picture of there linkages *perhaps someone with the cruise bolt on piece* thanks again for all you help through this neverending adventure of mine..

Dude, I still don't know. I need to get a picture of those linkages on mine up for the masses to see. My carb definitely has three wires going to it, and more than likely has never had cruise control on it. I just don't get it.

hey tru...is that third cable have like a long end piece on it... so like instead of a bolt going through the hole to hold it this one can slide back and forth like 2 - 3 inches.... also check that third cable.... does it run up to the front drivers side of the car and into something.... if so you do have cruise control just may not be available... ??? just check that cable out once it will help everyone out more to help you figure it out... later man..
