JET carbs

I have an 87 305 and put a cam some headers and soon an exhaust, i rebuilt the carb once and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to get the Q-jets JET puts out, like a stage 3. Anyone use these and have some recommendations?

I have one on my S-10. I bolted it on and have not touched it since. I chassis dyno'ed the truck and the A/F ratio stayed dang near the ideal line all through the graph. They said it was really good for a carb'ed engine.

IMHO they are worth the money. Sure, Holley may edge you out in raw power but on the street and for part throttle cruise fuel economy you can't beat a Q-jet WHEN SET UP FOR THE ENGINE you are running.

Just give 'em a call! If you buy one from them it's calibrated for your setup- the ones they sell JEGS and SUMMIT are in their exact words kind of genericly set up.
