Does anyone have experience with the GMPP in-tank pump (25168719) and regulator (10185094) that GM recommends for installing a ZZ4 in a 3rd gen?

I'm running a home-made fuel system that bleeds off a lot of the pressure from an EFI pump to drop it to a carb-friendly 5 lbs, I want to scrape up the parts to correct this in the spring.

I'm wondering if the 25168719 pump is a production piece and a re-packaged Holley / Mallory regulator...
