Old Computer Wiring?
Help all,
To the people who have converted from a computer to carb setup what did you do with the wiring that is no longer needed? Are the wires all self contained and run back to the computer or are they mixed with other wires from the fuse block?
I like the look of a clean engine bay but would hate to start cutting out something rather important.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

You can separate out what you need without having to cut any wires. Then the computer harnessing can be removed in one piece.
Save it for the day, presently unforeseen, when you'll need it again.

Thanks for the advice. I have come across a few other issues while reading the boards. Someone mentioned that if the computer is removed I will the tach and speedo. Do you have any knowledge on this? Also there was talk about a VATS system. Do I have to worry about this also?
I really appreciate it friend. I wish there was a website totally dedicated to this. I think when I go throught the experince I will photograph and document it, then post up a site.
TY again
