idleing to low

Hey guys, My car was running fine and now I will start it and i gotta keep reving it till it will stay on high idle from the choke. Then I will let it warm up to liek 160 and kick it off and it will want to stall out and usually stay like that till i drive it for like 20 mins. Does anyone have any idea what this is?? The Timing is at 10 with the strongest advance springs, and the carb is tuned real close to perfect, its real snappy no bogs and doesnt really smell. thanks guys
