what is an efe

hey does any one know where the efe plugs into on a 87 camaro i know it plugs into the efe tvs but what the hell is that. where is it and what does it look like

Engine: 305 4bbl
Transmission: Possesed 700r4
It is a thermal vacuum switch. Usually black in color on either the thermostat housing or intake manifold coolant passage. It should have a place for about 4 vacuum lines. My 1983 has 2 of them. One hose should go to manifold vacuum and the other to the actuator on the exhaust manifold.

i have a 84 trans am do you have any pics of where the 2 vaccum lines come from? the guy i bought the car from broke that switch and i cant find the lines to fix it. thanks
