qjet specs

i just bought an 85 iroc 5spd, theres been a lot of work done to it and im trying to id all the parts. Just discovered it has 350 heads, havent checked the block yet.

The qjet is 17082283
Ive id the carb as one from an 82 stick shift truck. Anyway have any more detail on this? It has the solenoid for a/c.

The number looks like a E4ME.

If it came off of a truck, it's not a very good carb for a high-perf application; alot of the metering orifices for idle and part throttle will be calibrated differently.

Does the car still have all of the computer stuff on it?

Most likely a Canadian-delivered car w/o CC.

the car still has the ecm, well actually its on my desk beside me now. but all the wiring is still under the hood, its was tied up out of the way.
