Do the Holley mech secondary carbs have a power valve? Is it common for one of the floats to stick and make it run like **** at anything under 3500 rpm? Running real rich, barely idles, won't start when warm unless I hold the acc pedal wide open, and the secondarys are puring gas into the intake for a few seconds after I shut it off. This problem started suddenly if that helps.
