fuel for the beast
well im damn close to having my car on the road but im having trouble understanding and planning the installation of my fuel system. i bought a holly electric fuel pump, fram filter, 3/8 line, holly carb, and my press guage. now i dont know if i have to remove the stock fuel pump in the gas or if i can disable it somehow. and if it does have to be remove what do i have to put in its place to seal off the area. i dont have much of a problem dropping the rear but if i can work around taking down the tank it would be nice. also, do i have to sump the tank?

Drop the tank, remove the stock electric pump from the pickup, put a piece of 3/8" rubber fuel line in its place.
Or, drop the tank, remove the stock pickup, and put a factory carbed pickup in its place (or just replace the entire tank).
