VS being closed?
I got my car running fine the other day all the black smoke went away and the idle is set fine now. The person who helped me said to close my Vacume Secondarys all the way but that does nto seem right since i have a cam in the car IS it bad to have them closed im thinking i may open them back up and see how it goes.

They shouldn't be closed hard shut, but they shouldn't be open a lot, either.
If they open smoothly, you should be okay if it's running fine otherwise.
