Weiand X-CELerator VS. Edelbrock Torker II

Well, i've gotta decide whats going on the new engine, as the swap will most likely happen fairly soon. Painted the engine today. I've got both manifolds, unfortunatly have heard negative things about each, but for now selling one/both and buying another isnt really an option.....
the engines a 355, edelbrock 5002 cam, 650cfm carb....which one should i use?
THANKS,
-Chris

How is the 7530 working? Why the X-CEL over the Torker II?

The Torker II is pretty old tech. Just about anythign will out-perform it.

Exactly which X-celerator are we talking about? There are different versions. The 7546 is a decent piece- very similar in design to the Edlbrock Victor Jr which is a VERY good manifold from about 2500-up. The 7547 is a clone of the Torker II and isn't a very good piece.

If you could get rid of both and apply the money to a new Performer RPM I still think you'd be ahead of the game.
