Idle Mixture Setting

Could someone please give me thr proper procedure for setting the idle mixture screws on a Demon using a vacuum guage?

Engine: 355 SBC-Thats all I can say or they will break my legs.
Transmission: 5 Speed
just turn the idles screws in a bit, then begin backing them out until the highest vacuum reading is obtained. You should do this at idle and check using manifold vacuum. after you turn one screw 1/4 turn, turn the other one the same amount.
