Performer rpm intake question

Car: 86 sports coupe-83 berlinetta
Engine: 5.0 in the sports coupe-350 in the berlinetta
Transmission: 700r4 in the sports coupe-turbo-350 with a 2500 stal in the berlinetta
Performer rpm intake question
What jetting should I use? I plan on building an engine like a zz4
with with the hot cam performer rpm q-jet intake 186 casting 202
heads ported and polished 350 cid maybe later 383 with a 3:45 posi 3 inch exhaust with h.0. exhaust manifolds for now with a 3 inch exhaust. Does this sound like a decent combo? Will the 3 inch exhaust handle a 383, or should I just build a 350? Thanks
