Where does this go?

Is this for my choke? Where does it attach to?

Axle/Gears: 3.23 10 Bolt

Looks like the cable for your cruise control. When I switched over I just ripped it out.

It's the cruise control cable. It attached to the throttle arm originally. You'll need to rig something up to get it to work with an aftermarket carb.
